Martin CTM 000C-28 【Premium Adirondack VTS】#2772360

This is the instrument I finally found after searching for a Martin acoustic guitar with a cutaway made of Adirondack spruce.
Purchased new in January 2025 and have been lovingly using it only in my home studio.
To put it bluntly, my preference has shifted to mahogany sounds, and
due to my sensitive and minimalist personality, I find it difficult to manage more than two guitars simultaneously, which is why I am selling this one.

The most notable feature is the top, which is made of premium grade 7-8 Adirondack spruce treated with VTS, a grade that typically requires custom orders from instrument shops through factory tours.
This is the kind of wood used in Custom Shop 45 models and above.
The rosewood on the back has straight grain and a deep color, which is rarely seen these days.

Personally, I believe it is in beautiful condition as shown in the photos.
I play it for about 5 minutes every day with the tuning set to flat.
As it is relatively new, there are no binding separations, which are common with Martins, nor any neck warps, etc. (confirmed by my dedicated repairman).
The neck condition is also excellent.
This is an order model made exclusively for Kurosawa Gakki, with only two units produced. I played both and decided to purchase the one with the better neck and sound I preferred (a very clear and exquisite rosewood-like tone).

- Added a Fender strap pin to the neck heel, similar to Eric Clapton.
- Upgraded to high-gear ratio Waverly tuners (ivoroid buttons) 14065.
- Upgraded and adjusted the nut and saddle to mammoth ivory.
String height at 12th fret:
6th string: 2.5mm
1st string: 1.9mm (slight variations may occur depending on season and environment)
- Upgraded the hard case to a Z30 blue case (originally a 630 model).

Warranty sheet, spec sheet, and keys included.

No history of repairs such as neck breaks, wood cracks, or brace detachments.

Frets remaining: 80-90%
