Vintage Japanese Hand Painted Teacup and Saucer Set. Geisha and Floral Landscape

Beautiful vintage hand-painted teacup and saucer set. Please see pictures for detailed measurements and further condition description. No major chips or breaks. The set has been lovingly used so there is some wear when it comes to the paint. Has been packed in my kitchen storage, hand washed and ships from a smoke free home. Design: Two figures in traditional attire (geishas) standing under hanging lanterns near a fence, floral accents, and a pagoda landscape background. Colors: White base with a distinctive red-orange scalloped rim and multi-color hand-painted washes. Materials: Based on research, the saucer plate and teacup may be porcelain. Hand Painted Geisha Girls Plate and Saucer Set ~ Brick Red Almost Brown Accent ~ Cobalt Blue and Green Kimonos ~ Cherry Blossoms and Floral Accents.
