First come, first served!! (F-50 style) Unbranded guitar with new gig bag

This is a guitar made from beautiful Hawaiian Koa wood.

I received this from a friend who told me it was made of Hawaiian Koa.
I am not very knowledgeable about guitars.
The photos show everything.
I don't know when it was manufactured, but it's a very beautiful guitar, so I don't think it's very old. My friend said that if it were real, it would cost around 400,000 yen. I'm not sure, but apparently, part of the label is different.
The sound is rich with deep bass due to the large body, and it has a good overall balance and resonance.
There are no noticeable cracks or dents, but there are scratches and dirt on the pickguard. Other than that, as it is a used item, there are minor scratches. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive or particular about details. We ask for your understanding.
From a non-expert's perspective, the neck is almost straight. I estimate the frets to be at 80-90%.
The string height at the 12th fret is approximately 2.7-2.8mm for the 6th string and around 2mm for the 1st string. I did not experience any fret buzzing or choking. The string height is low, making it an easy guitar to play. If you want a powerful sound, you might consider replacing the bridge saddle.

Also, there is a hole for a pickup jack (no pickup included).
The strings are rusty and will likely need to be replaced.
