Heavy muslin cotton with the cutest floral lace on the cuffs, neck, bodice, and down the front. Waist ties the back together and bottom of skirt has a ruffled tier. So stunning! Excellent condition. Measures 36 around the bust, 30 around the waist (or less with ties) and is about 58 long.
