vintage 70s handmade flocked gingham wrap sun dress size XS

Vintage handmade flocked gingham front wrap halter top sundress with ruffle trim and separate tie belt Really pretty fabric, cotton or poly cotton, spring green and white with flower flocked design Dress is lined in white fabric  Front wrap with hook and snap closure and separate fabric tie belt  Estimated to be a size extra small, see measurements photos In great condition with no stains holes tears noted  I tried to find the 1970s pattern that might have been used for this. All I could come up with is the pattern shown in the photos, but it would have required some serious alterations to make the ruffle halter top. Does give somewhat of an idea of what it might look like on, it was too small to fit my mannequin properly.
