Ash bowl set of 2 with wooden box
42.90 $
Description
This is a set of two antique ash containers.
The inscription Kutani appears to be on the bottom of the vessels, and as they were actually used to hold ash, they are presumed to be Kutani ware ash containers.
*Please note that these items have been stored in our home and we are not experts, so we cannot definitively confirm this. Purchase is at your own risk. Thank you for your understanding.
Storage Condition: They were stored in a wooden box and contained ash. (The ash has been disposed of.) No noticeable large chips or cracks were found. We are offering these to someone who can appreciate the unique character of antiques that have passed through time.
As these are antique items, there may be minor scuffs, kiln marks, black spots (pinholes), or stains from ash due to age. We ask that only those who can appreciate these as part of the antique charm purchase these items.
