Akita Kakunodate Cherry Bark Craft 16-Sided Tea Caddy 30cm Diameter Iris Pattern Tea Ceremony Utensil Case
58.74 $
Description
This product is from the late 1970s. At the time, it was placed in an 8-tatami mat secondary room (next to the main living area) to be ready for unexpected guests. A teapot, teacups, and a waste-water bowl were stored inside this tea caddy. The 13th image shows a round stain-like spot under the leaf extending to the right of the iris, which has been displayed.
After my mother fell ill in 1986, it was unused and placed in the corner of the secondary room on a low table, covered with a cloth along with two other tea caddies, for 25 years.
- Size: Approximately, the diameter (top lid) is 30.6cm, height is 13.2cm, inner diameter is 27.4cm, and depth is 10.0cm.
