This is a formal Fukuro Obi (a type of Japanese sash) made of silk, featuring a Tsujigahana (a traditional Japanese floral pattern) design with clouds, gold thread, white, camellia, plum blossoms, and a flower diamond pattern. It is a Rokutsuu (meaning the pattern covers two-thirds of the obi).
