Description
This is an incense burner crafted by lacquer artist Mitsuru Yamashita of Wajima-nuri.
It is a tasteful masterpiece featuring beautiful mother-of-pearl inlay depicting flowing water, fallen leaves, and dragonflies.
This item has been finished by Wajima Ryusaku, a Wajima-nuri lacquerer.
It comes with its original box and artist's biography, making it highly recommended for collectors and as a tea ceremony utensil.
A burner cover is not included, but the base is made of pure silver.
[Condition]
There are very minor scuffs from use and storage, but overall it is in good condition.
There is no noticeable major damage.
