【BOSS】AB-2 2-way Selector - Operation Confirmed

An AB selector that can be used for both input and output, widely applicable from switching guitars to switching guitar amplifier outputs.

The AB-2 is an AB selector that can be used as either 2IN/1OUT or 1IN/2OUT. By connecting two guitars to the A/B terminals, you can switch inputs with foot operation when changing guitars. Alternatively, by connecting guitar amplifiers to the A/B terminals respectively, you can switch between two amplifiers, such as one for lead and one for clean.

Furthermore, if you do not want to connect a tuner through between your guitar and guitar amplifier, you can connect the guitar amplifier and tuner to switch outputs. When the tuner output is active, the guitar amplifier output can be turned off, making it convenient for tuning on stage.
The AB-2 is equipped with indicators, allowing you to check the current input/output switching status at a glance.
