■ This is a formal six-panel obi made of pure silk, featuring beautiful mother-of-pearl inlay on a gold and silver-toned fabric that appears golden or silver depending on the angle and lighting.

The photos show a beige hue, but the actual item has a slightly more grayish tone due to the gold leaf. The sophisticated geometric patterns within the circular and diamond shapes are very modern and unique.

Furthermore, it's wonderful how each woven pattern is also created using mother-of-pearl inlay.

The lustrous, beautiful shine of the mother-of-pearl emits a mysterious and captivating radiance, reminiscent of seashells and jewels, making this a striking and wonderful item.

While the colors and patterns have a subdued feel, the occasional use of mother-of-pearl and the subtle sheen from gold and silver threads create a stylish and impactful piece.

It would also make a beautiful item, such as a bag, where the lovely colors of the mother-of-pearl could be showcased.

It has only been used once or twice, so it is in excellent condition, almost like new.
