Easy to install: simply connect it in the middle of your chimney and plug it into a power outlet.
The blower automatically activates when the temperature rises.
The airflow is significantly stronger than typical stove fans that don't require power.
It's also efficient as it directly extracts heat from the chimney.
No smoke will escape from the chimney.
It works fine with standard household power.
A 3-pin conversion plug (a few hundred yen) is required.
The chimney connection diameter is 6 inches (15.24mm), but
I was able to install it without issues using a 150mm diameter chimney and connection adapter, which are readily available at home improvement stores and general retailers.
Used a few times with a wood stove that I installed myself in March of this year.
No screw holes were drilled into the main unit during installation.
There is some soot residue inside, but the exterior is clean.
