It splits the same image from one PC to two screens.
Includes the main unit, dedicated AC adapter, and 3 D-sub cables (1 male-female + 2 male-male).
This is a complete set that can be used immediately if your PC and monitors have D-sub ports.
The side of the box in the last image is sun-faded, but the contents are relatively clean.
Everything shown in the photos is included (the brown cardboard box is not included).
