The Nightmare Before Christmas Mayor with Plans Cosplay Lenticular Mini Backpack It's official! If you're visiting Halloween Town, you'll definitely want to take along our Disney Tim Burton's Mayor of Halloween Town Mini Backpack. He's got the perfect plans! This memorable character comes to life in applique detail on the front pocket. His white shirt displays a spider print, and he holds applique map scrolls in one hand. In his other hand, he displays a plan for next year's Halloween celebration. His cone-shaped face rises up over the top, and lenticular details reveal two different facial expressions. On one side pocket, an applique spider dangles from a coil-shaped spiral, similar to Disney's Jack Skellington's doorbell. And... what's this? The spider on the string is retractable! On the back, you'll find the Mayor's special gold ribbon. Look hauntingly fashionable wherever you go with this terrifically terrifying accessory.
