[Product Information]
The left and right IH cooktops have a high heat output of 3.0kW.
The left and right heaters are IH, and the center heater is a radiant heater.
(Left/Right IH) Iron/Stainless steel pot 3.0kW, (Center Radiant Heater) 1.2kW.
The Light & 4 Temperature Sensors, which measure the pot bottom temperature over a wide range, control preheating and heating.
You can choose from 3 menus: Tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), Itamemono (stir-fry), and Steak, depending on the dish.
It easily controls the heat, which is difficult to do manually, by preheating and heating to the set target temperature for each menu.
You can adjust the initial set target temperature in 3 stages up and down (7 stages in total) according to the type and amount of ingredients and your desired finish.
Healthy menus using superheated steam, Chicken/Vegetables and Sliced Fish/Dried Fish, use superheated steam exceeding 100°C generated from the water tank installed in the oven to melt out excess fat and salt from the ingredients and bake them healthily.
It also includes a Fried Food Reheating function, convenient for crisping up reheated fried foods.
