Description
A wonderfully substantial Greenwich Flint-Craft #1224-S pitcher in Orange, designed by Tom Connally. The broad cylindrical base, pinched-in neck, sweeping handle, and gently flared rim give this piece a distinctive profile, while the saturated orange glass really emphasizes the weight and character of the form. Measurements: Approximately 6¼ tall. Please see ruler photos for additional scale. Good vintage condition with some light surface wear. There are a few popped bubbles from the making process, shown in the photos, as well as a grease-like spot on the interior that has remained after cleaning. No chips or cracks observed. At COMAC Collection, each piece is selected for its craftsmanship, design, and enduring character. Vintage objects naturally show signs of age and use, and any notable condition details are described and photographed as accurately as possible. All items come from a smoke-free home.
