Brass Ornament Cherry Blossom Magazine Base Plate PTS EPM1 EPM1-S Compatible Magazine Bumper? Unknown

Description
This is a part that appears to be a brass decorative cherry blossom magazine base plate for PTS EPM1 and EPM1-S compatible magazines.
I purchased it at the Brass Decorative Ornaments booth at an event. It is definitely a Brass Decorative Ornaments product, but the product name and compatible parts are uncertain.
The box has been opened, but I believe I only checked if the contents would fit my own magazines. It has not been used in airsoft games or taken out to events.
