GOTOH 3:3 configuration standard tuning machines, this is the Magnum Lock version.
Model number is SG 301, designed with the screw hole facing directly downwards, color is CK, Cosmo Black.
Ebony knobs included as a bonus (details below).

No noticeable scratches or dirt.

Rotation: Smooth and precise.
Gear ratio: 1:18
Included accessories: Screws, bushings, instruction manual (as found).
Bonus: 2 ebony knobs (push-fit type compatible with both inch and metric sizes / image showing size comparison with knobs I had is included).

■Details
These were originally on a D company guitar I owned, fitted with Montreux ebony peg buttons.
Later, I replaced all the parts to change the color scheme, removed them, and stored them as is.

The understated luster of ebony is striking, and its exquisite combination with the shimmering black of the Cosmo Black body creates a premium feel.
As I rarely played it, they are in quite good condition, but please refer to the images as this is my personal assessment.

■Wood Peg Buttons
As with Montreux, wooden parts, perhaps due to their natural origin, can have slight variations between individual pieces, so it's best to adjust the screw tightness based on feel.
These tuning machines are currently set with a tightness that balances fixed and rotational movement perfectly, but you may want to tighten them further to your preference.
(Gotoh's genuine parts are made with very precise tolerances, but even then, I have confirmed individual differences in the genuine wood peg buttons I've owned. Also, genuine Gotoh does not offer this shape in wood.)
Another method to fine-tune rotational preference is to use heat shrink tubing on the shaft.

In my opinion, instruments are appreciated not only for their sound but also for their appearance, so I hope these will appeal to you if they match your taste.
