Set of two vintage 1977 Kentucky Derby souvenir mint julep glasses commemorating the 103rd running at Churchill Downs. Produced for Harry M. Stevens, these feature colorful horse-and-jockey artwork, roses, Churchill Downs imagery, and a chronological list of Kentucky Derby winners. The 1977 Derby was won by legendary Triple Crown champion Seattle Slew. These are pre-owned vintage glasses that appear to have been primarily display pieces. Both present very nicely with no chips or cracks noted. There are a couple of small cosmetic printing/paint marks, including a dark fleck near the Kentucky lettering and a small dark smudge near the jockey/horse artwork. Close-up photos are included.
