This classic seersucker bubble romper features a beautifully smocked chest with three American flags and red and blue wave embroidery. Crafted from soft 100% cotton seersucker fabric, it includes button closures at the shoulders and a snap bottom for easy changes. Perfect for Fourth of July, Memorial Day, or any patriotic summer celebration.
