【New Unused】HAZEN YH-1456 IH Cooking Heater

I bought this as a gift for my mother, but she didn't use it and it was left out, so it has some dust on it. I've wiped it down as much as possible. It has since been stored in its box.
It is almost new and unused.
However, due to being stored at home, there are some dirt marks on the box and bag, but it does not affect use, and the power turns on.
