・Before using a new Chasen, please first rinse it lightly with water, then perform a Chasen Toshi (whisk rinsing) with hot water. This will help shape the bristles and make it easier to whisk matcha.
・A Chasen rest (Chasen stand/Chasen holder) is used to dry the Chasen bristles, prevent mold, and maintain its shape. It is recommended for extending the life of your Chasen.
