Description
TIRSCHENREUTH BARONESSE WHITE DINNER PLATES - Set of 4 Beautiful White Fine Porcelain Dinner Plates in the Baronesse pattern - an intricate design with an artistic fluted rim, subtle raised embossing and elegant textured scrolls. Manufactured by Tirschenreuth in their historic porcelain factory in Bavaria, Germany, during the 1980s. Green backstamp with crest logo. Plates measure approximately 10 1/4 diameter, and are in very good vintage condition - no nicks or chips! Interesting Fact: In 1927, Tirschenreuth's historic porcelain factory was acquired by Hutschenreuther, one of Germany's most famous ceramic dynasties. The merger remained intact until 1994, when Hutschenreuther separated from the Tirschenreuth factory. The following year, in 1995, the Tirschenreuth factory permanently closed, after 150 years of operation. Please review pictures for condition/details. Smoke-free home.
