SOTO
Home/Outdoor Smoking Equipment
This is a set including the Otsumami Koubou (ST-115), an easy-to-use smoking device, and Smoke Chips Atsukun no Moto Sakura, a smoking wood.

1. Otsumami Koubou (ST-115)
A simple smoker made of cardboard, characterized by its ease of use for beginners.

Set Contents: Smoker body, mini smoke wood (1 Sakura), smoking net (1), metal rods (2), aluminum tray (1)
Features: Compact design, perfect for making small snacks.
Despite being made of cardboard, it is durable enough for over 10 uses.
How to Use: Assemble the body, place the lit smoke wood and ingredients inside, and you can start smoking.

2. Smoke Chips Atsukun no Moto Sakura
Smoking wood made from fresh domestic raw wood only, with no chemical additives.

Features: Strong aroma with a slightly pronounced sourness. A versatile wood that pairs well with any ingredient, such as fish and meat.
How to Use: Primarily used for Atsukun (hot smoking), a method of smoking while heating ingredients in a short period.
Note: Unlike smoke wood, chips do not continue to burn on their own, so an external heat source such as a gas stove is required.
