Vintage pair of Mexican sterling silver cufflinks. Square faces with raised scrolling swirl design in an L-shape against a darkened oxidized background. Mid-century modern Taxco-style look.Marked HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING on the reverse. Each face approx. 0.8 square. The stamp on the back is a circular hallmark that reads HECHO EN MEXICO (Made in Mexico) around the edge, with STERLING a standard mid-20th-century Mexican silver mark used on Taxco and other Mexican workshop pieces. Total weight 18.75 grams.Nice substantial feel. Light vintage patina and surface wear consistent with age.
