This is a Fukuju pattern (made by Inui Rouho) and a purple fukusa (ceremonial cloth).
(One comes with its original box.)
The original box has stains and tape marks.
Upon close inspection, the purple one has a slight thread float of about 1mm (see image 8).
These are long-term storage, unused items.
