Vintage 80s Lurex Sheer Backseam Tights / Pantyhose M Black Silver - Caroline Lewkovitz NOS Accessories by Caroline Lewkovitz - Made in Italy by RVSCVS - 1980s Deadstock NOS  From the golden age of Italian hosiery. These are Made in Italy — during the 80s by the small mill RVSCVS (R.V.S. Calze Veneto S.p.A.) an iconic Italian hosiery brand, outside Milan, were known for the finest gauge nylons in the world. This pair is labeled VAMP CUCITURA LUREX which is Italian for reinforced toe with Lurex stitching — the silver Lurex is woven into the back seam and tucks under the foot. A true 80s disco-era detail you can't find anymore.  Distributed in the US by designer Caroline Lewkovitz, New York. Caroline imported boutique European hosiery for fine department stores in the 80s.   Black with Silver Lurex back stripe — runs down center back of leg to back of heel and tucks just slightly underneath.   Perfect for: pin-up, boudoir, burlesque, bridal, Old Hollywood glam, Studio 54 disco, 80s vintage, coquette, Rockabilly, costume, photoshoot, date night, retro glam  Construction: Sheer-to-waist, reinforced toe (darker black at tip), sheer French heel, no heel reinforcement.
