Very stylish hat I absolutely love the feather. White wicker base with a navy blue top accented with a navy blue ribbon and navy feather under the feather is a bit of red millinery creating a very cute nautical type look. There is also some navy netting, however, the netting is not very good shape and can easily be removed or replaced . Ere Nouvelle. Which by the way, I just learned means a new era in French.
