Chinese Art
Yixing City, China
Known as the Pottery Capital for its thriving ceramics industry,
famous for Zisha clay and its top domestic production of white porcelain.
Purple Clay
Zisha teapot (meaning kyusu/teapot)
Pewter casting
The original box it came in was old and has been discarded.
There is an inscription on the bottom of the teapot.
It is unused.
It has been displayed for many years in a Japanese-style tableware cabinet in a Japanese-style room.
As it is an old item, there are manufacturing imperfections such as slight warping on the ceramic surface, as shown in the 7th image.
Therefore, it is listed as slightly scratched or dirty, but it is a beautiful item in good condition, considering its age.
For those who understand old items.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
I apologize, but further price reductions are not possible for single item purchases.
