FABULOUS Vintage Desi of New York Women's Feather Pillbox with Tuft Hat Small

Vintage Desi of New York Women's Feather Pillbox Hat.   A vintage feather women's hat by Desi of New York!  The mid-century fashion accessory from the 1950s prized for its classic cocktail, pillbox, or church-social style.  This was my grandmother's hat. She was high styling....usually had matching shoes and purse, but those are all gone now.  This hat has been in the box for 40 years.  It has a faint scent of her soft perfume.  In EXCELLENT condition.  It is a pillbox style with feather tuft, in a size small, but could fit a medium as it more sits atop and a little bit on the head.  The feathers are soft taupe, hot pink and teal colors on a felt wool base.    Comes from a nonsmoking home.  No returns accepted.  This is a true find for those into this era/style.
