We love blankets, especially ultra soft, plush, cozy ones and even with 50 other blankets in our house that fit that description, THIS one takes the cake. It's heavy, very nice quality, super plush and soft. Not a super heavy blanket but really warm. I washed the white in a commercial washer and line dried. No shedding or problems after washing. My recommendation is to never put a faux fur throw into a dryer regardless of the wash/dry directions. This might be the best blanket I've ever purchased. It's luxurious, warm, soft, and SO cozy.
