This is a pleated skirt from Catherine Ross. It's made of a lightweight 100% polyester fabric. I bought it because I loved the color and pattern, even though the size was a bit large, but it was too big around the waist, so I couldn't wear it. I believe it's in near-unused condition. The color is a deep green with a black floral pattern.
