Description
Vintage-style decorative wood globe with paper decoupage featuring a reproduction of a Totivs Terrarvm Orbis Tabvla world map. This spherical accent piece displays aged sepia tones with illustrations of celestial figures and classical cartography details. The surface has a textured finish characteristic of traditional hand decoupage and the globe is heavier than you expect when you hold it. There are a couple of small dings in the finish from age and use. The orb is also a rattle that makes a tiny noise when moved or shaken.
