Vintage Capodimonte Style Cherub / Putti Basket Planter Made in Italy Description: Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Italian bisque porcelain planter designed in the classic Capodimonte style. It features a charming cherub (putti) figurine perched on the rim of a woven-textured basket, accented by dramatic dark rococo scrollwork. The front is adorned with a stunning, large, three-dimensional applied pink porcelain rose. The bottom is hand-marked Made in Italy alongside the mold number 944/O. A gorgeous addition to any collection of Italian art porcelain, Hollywood Regency, or cottagecore decor. Condition: Good vintage condition with vibrant color. As is common with these delicate Italian porcelain pieces, there is some minor wear and tiny chips on the edges of the applied rose petals (please see close-up photos for exact details).
