Description
This exquisite Art Deco paperweight features a reverse-carved (intaglio) design of a winged Cupid blowing bubbles. Produced by the Curt Schlevogt company in Czechoslovakia during the 1930s, this piece is a classic example of the famous Ingrid collection. The vibrant emerald green glass and precision-cut octagonal faceted edges reflect the high-quality craftsmanship of the Gablonz region. Measuring just over 2.5 inches, it is a highly collectible piece of Bohemian glass history. Some small irregularities at the edges, with the larger one on photo #7 (closeup). Last photo shows it under the UV light.💡
