This is a washable summer Kyo-bukuro obi (it is tailored like a fukuro obi but is about the length of a Nagoya obi and is tied in a single taiko knot) featuring a woven pattern that evokes the sky. It is accented with silver threads, giving it a subtle sheen. It is already tailored but does not include obi-shin (interlining). As shown in the images, there are faint marks resembling stains on the taiko pattern and the back of the obi. However, since it is a washable obi, these might be removable with home cleaning. Other than that, there are no other noticeable stains or damage, and it is in beautiful condition.
