This edition is a must-have for collectors of vintage science fiction and planetary romance, featuring the classic pulp-style action that the series is known for. This specific volume is a First Printing of the Double Edition, released in August 1981 by DAW Books. It features striking cover art by Richard Hescox and interior illustrations by Jack Gaughan.
