Description
Pair of vintage SCENTury Candle Company jar candles in the Rain fragrance, made in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Wonderful new-old-stock examples featuring aqua/seafoam wax, clear glass jars and SCENTury's distinctive vintage-style illustrated label. Both candles remain in their original clear wrapping. Details: Lot of 2 • SCENTury Candle Company • Rain fragrance • approximately 4 tall each • aqua/seafoam wax • glass jars • made in Muskogee, Oklahoma, USA • new old stock / unused. Condition: New and unburned in original wrapping. These are older stored candles, so the wrapping, wax and labels may show normal age/storage-related cosmetic variation. Please review photographs for exact condition. SCENTury Candle Company operated in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and period references document the company there by at least 2007. A great pair for a collector of vintage candles, discontinued fragrances, Oklahoma-made goods or retro home fragrance. These are vintage; and apparently the company is no longer around (there is another company using the name that are out of New York) Please note: there has been some sweating of the wax that has built up on the inner part of the cello bags - it wipes off easily
