Antique Victorian Candlestick Pair 13 Inch‎ Baroque Footed Copper Bronze Gilt

This product is a beautiful pair of antique Victorian candlesticks, most likely crafted in France during the late 19th century. Standing at 13 inches tall, these footed ornate baroque style footed candlesticks are made of red copper or bronze alloy gilded in yellow gold resulting in a brown, and copper color palette with a touch of green verdigris oxidation. Handmade with an original Victorian design, these candlesticks are a unique and elegant addition to any collection. These very well made heavy duty well made candlestick holders are in good pre owned condition with extensive use wear over many decades resulting in a polished heavily patinated and oxidized luster, on high areas the original gold gilt is rubbed down to copper, other areas have a black tarnish, structurally sound handmade items.
