Tea Ceremony Utensil, Mizusashi (Water Container), Lid Included, Bamboo Leaf Pattern, No Box

Thank you for viewing.

This is a **hosasashi** (water container for tea ceremony) that belonged to my mother, who used to run a tea ceremony and flower arrangement school.

The white porcelain body is decorated with a calm indigo bamboo pattern, making it an elegant and easy-to-use item. We hope that not only those who practice tea ceremony but also those who love tea ceremony utensils or are looking for Japanese tableware will consider it.

[About the condition]
- This item has been stored long-term at my family home.
- There are no noticeable cracks or chips on the main body.
- The black lid shows scuffs and small scratches due to age-related deterioration, as well as peeling on the rim.
(Please check the photos)

While there are minor scuffs due to use and long-term storage, it is generally in good condition as an antique or used item.

*Please note that as this is a amateur inspection, there may be minor oversights.
We ask for your understanding when purchasing used or long-term stored items.

There is no box, but it will be carefully packed and shipped via Mercari delivery (anonymous shipping).

We would be happy if it could be passed on to someone who will use it with care.
Thank you very much.
