Vintage Chinoiserie Bamboo Bird Mirror | Silver Tone Hollywood Regency

Beautiful vintage decorative mirror featuring an elaborate bamboo and bird motif with wonderful dimensional detail.  The sculptural frame is finished in an antiqued silver/pewter tone with dark recessed areas that really highlight the bamboo stalks, leaves and three birds. The irregular scalloped outer edge adds even more character.  This piece has a wonderful Chinoiserie / Asian-inspired Hollywood Regency feel and would be gorgeous mixed into an eclectic gallery wall, displayed over a small dresser or vanity, or layered with collected vintage decor.  The mirror itself shows some age-related surface wear/scratching, and the frame has areas of patina and finish wear. I actually think that works beautifully with this particular piece and gives it a genuinely collected vintage appearance. Please see all photos for condition.
