Description
The Showa Era (1980s) - The Dawn of Personal Computers
On Sunday mornings, after watching Personal Computer Sunday on TV, I'd ride my bike to a big electronics store with my friends.
We'd test out the performance of the various computers on display by typing in short, 10-line BASIC programs.
Back then, personal computers came with brochures, and I collected these, always dreaming of owning one someday.
- Model: Fujitsu FM-7 (Tamori-san)
- Model: SHARP MZ-2000
- Model: SHARP MZ-700 Series
- Model: SHARP X1 D
- Model: NEC PC-6000 Series

These brochures are about 40 years old and have folds, scratches, and scuffs. Please purchase with this understanding.
As a side note, my first personal computer purchase was a TOSHIBA PASOPIA7. I haven't included it in this listing, but I still have its brochure and posters. I may list them at a later date. By the way, Yasushi Yokoyama and his son Kazuya were the image characters.
Thank you for looking.
