Vintage F. Mauthe mechanical mantel clock made in Germany, featuring a striking mid-century modern wood case with brass-tone trim and tapered feet. The movement is marked “F. Mauthe Germany” and numbered 59509.  This clock is not operating properly and is being sold strictly FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. Its movement, chime mechanism, and timekeeping accuracy have not been fully tested. No guarantee is made that any mechanical component is functional. Please assume that professional cleaning, servicing, or repair will be required.  The case, dial, glass, hands, movement, and other components show age-related wear. Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic condition and included parts. Only the items shown in the photographs are included.
