This is a bolt of cotton Ryukyu Kasuri fabric (Ryukyu cotton紬/Ryukyu cotton Kasuri).
In recent years, with the long hot seasons, washable cotton is very convenient.
Silk Ryukyu Kasuri is often seen, but cotton is very rare, and a new item with a certification tag is a very rare item.
At a kimono shop, it would probably cost around 140,000 yen or more. Recently, some items have been priced over 200,000 yen. (For reference, this is the price of cotton Ryukyu with a certification tag listed online by a kimono shop.)

Although it is cotton, it is hand-woven with warp and weft Kasuri, so it must have taken a lot of effort.
This is a work by Kiyoharu Oshiro.
Oshiro Kobo is also famous for Ryukyu wall cloth.
I spread it out once and checked the length, and it is in very beautiful condition.
Kasuri weaving has become less common these days, making this a very rare item.
