High-Durability ABS Belt Link Feeder (Ammo Feed Chute) Style Belt Cover

This is a 3D printed accessory called a belt link feeder (ammunition feed chute), used to smoothly supply ammunition to machine guns such as the M134 Minigun, M60, and M240.
This is a cover designed to be placed over plastic ammunition belts that mimic the commonly sold 7.62mm NATO rounds.
It covers approximately 50 rounds of ammunition belt length.

It is molded from ABS resin, the same material used for airsoft guns and model guns.
We conducted a test to see how much it would warp after being left on a car dashboard in the hot sun for several hours (see the 6th photo).
The result was no warping or melting, suggesting it can withstand harsh conditions such as airsoft games.

The color is a slightly dark silver.
The example photos show the part painted with matte black spray paint and then weathered with a wire brush on the edges.
We are selling the unpainted part only, as shown in the last photo.
