Tea scoop, Tachibana Daiki, Daitoku-ji, Seiryu
110.00 $
Description
This is a tea scoop from Daitokuji Temple, by the venerable monk Taiki Tachibana.
It is inscribed with the name Seiryu (Clear Stream), and would be suitable for use during the summer months, including early summer.
The tea scoop itself, its tube, and the paulownia wood box are free of any stains or damage.
However, the outer paper box does show signs of age-related dirt.
We believe this is not an issue, as customers will not typically see the outer paper box.
