Description
Thames & Kosmos turns automotive engineering into a working project for ages ten and older. After joining 233 components, builders operate a motorized race car with exposed mechanical systems. The finished model demonstrates how power, shifting, steering, traction, and suspension work together. * Visible V8 Engine: A clear engine area reveals the crankshaft, moving pistons, and exhaust fan during operation. * Working Transmission System: The four-speed manual gearbox includes reverse and neutral for exploring drive settings. * Realistic Driving Mechanics: A differential, shock-absorbing suspension, and left- or right-hand steering add function. * Guided 233-Piece Build: A 40-page illustrated manual organizes construction and explains the represented principles. * Experiments After Assembly: Seven activities extend learning beyond the two-to-three-hour build process.
