Rare ELOPE Black Velvet Buccaneer Pirate Hat costume Halloween hat cosplay skull

Brand: elope Inc.  Line: Little Daydreamers  A Black Velvet Elope classic Buccaneer Pirate hat with red ties and gold Trim.   Rubber Skull/Crossbones insignia 3-D in center of Hat.   Measures approx 15 x 11 x 3 flat, one size fits all according to Elope.   Since Elope has been sold, we believe this particular hat is now a collector's piece as it appears to no longer be produced.   As is, no returns. See photos for details/condition.    Materials : 55% Cotton, 45% Polyester body with polyurethane foam structure.  Features: A textured skull-and-crossbones shield, gold metallic edge trim, and an attached red velvet head wrap tie.  Safety: It features a choking hazard warning tag for children under 3 years due to small parts.  My dog looks incredibly cute modeling don’t u think !!
