The reason I acquired this yakiniku roaster was a few years ago when I stayed at Ryunohige Bettei Yumuta, a thatched-roof inn in Yufuin. The roaster was placed on our table, and I was so impressed by how delicious the food was.
Since it doesn't produce smoke, you can enjoy charcoal-grilled yakiniku and vegetables indoors with peace of mind.
I purchased the larger plate.
This is recommended for families.
After using it twice, I soon had my home renovated and lost the opportunity to use it. It has been stored long-term in the garage.
