Neck for Fender Stratocaster, Rosewood Fingerboard

Purchased a Fender Mexico-made neck without a truss rod nut, and after installing one, it shows no signs of straightening from a slight forward bow.
The string height around the 12th fret when fretting the 1st and 21st frets was approximately 1mm.
A washer has been added between the truss rod and the nut.
No major scratches are visible.
Would be suitable for someone who can fix the warp or wants parts.
